Speakers will be announced in June.
Who can speak at CatalystCon?
We urge anyone who has something to share that will spark conversations in sexuality to submit a proposal. Whether you are an individual, therapist, sexuality educator, media specialist, blogger or activist, you have a voice to be heard.
Please feel free to submit more than one session proposal.
Requirements
Speakers should prepare for sessions that run an hour and ten minutes, including at least 20 minutes of open discussion. Panel submissions should consist of no more than four speakers (including a moderator, if applicable) and all speakers for panel sessions must be confirmed prior to submission.
Speaker submissions should be sent in plain text in the body of your email (no pdfs or word docs) and should include all of the following information:
Speaker Information
- Name
- Company name (if applicable)
- URL (if applicable)
- Twitter/Facebook URLs (if applicable)
- Bio (200 word max)
- Photo (300-500px wide)
- Have you spoken/presented at a conference before? If so please list. (maximum of three)
Session Information
- Title of Session
- Session description (250 word max)
- AV requirements
Panel Information
All panelists must be confirmed. Panel submissions should consist of no more than four speakers (including a moderator, if applicable).
Please provide names, bios and links for each panelist:
- Name
- URL (if applicable)
- Twitter/Facebook URLs (if applicable)
- Bio (200 word max)
- Photo (300-500px wide)

Speakers do not receive financial compensation. Each speaker will receive complimentary registration to CatalystCon West, however speakers are responsible for their own travel/lodging.
